DHL uses Lifestyle Couriers who are familiar with their local area and will aim to deliver orders when the customer is likely to be at home. However, should redelivery be necessary, DHL offers a flexible re-delivery service. The service is available for any products bought online from Ernest Jones, includingTag Heuer watches and diamond engagement ringsthrough to gifts and tableware.

DHL delivery lead times are extended over public holidays, and expected delivery dates are provided in checkout.
Ernest Jones will continue to offer secure Royal Mail delivery services at their usual rates with Standard, Next Day and Free Delivery on orders over £50. Customers can also select a free Delivery To Store service that allows customers to collect their purchases at their local store at no additional cost.
This tie up with DHL is particularly timely for Ernest Jones, as it means that the Diamond & Watch Specialist are able to fulfil Christmas delivery on orders placed right up to 3pm on the 23rd December. This puts Ernest Jones right up there in the top bracket of retailers for online delivery this Christmas, with only the likes of Amazon UK offering a Christmas Eve order fulfilment service in the London and Birmingham areas.
