How to Lose Weight with 5 Superfoods

Superfoods are foods that have a lot of nutrients and can make you healthier. Some superfoods can also help you lose weight by making your metabolism faster, making you less hungry, or making you burn more fat. Here are five superfoods that you can eat to help you lose weight.

  • Green tea: Green tea is a drink that has antioxidants, caffeine, and catechins. These things can help you use more energy, break down more fat, and make you less hungry ( 14 ). Green tea can also make your blood sugar and cholesterol lower, which can stop you from gaining weight again ( 15 ).
