Before coming to NACS, Quat worked in TheHome Depot’s government relations department, assisting the vice president of government relations and coordinating political action committee (PAC) activities. She also held internships with the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, the Winding Creek Group and Catalist, LLC.Quat graduated cum laude with a B.A. in political science and political communications from The George Washington University and has a M.A. in media and public affairs, also from The George Washington University.
