Stepping into its 20thanniversary, the EXSA is a national award that recognizes entrepreneurs & individuals who have delivered outstanding service. Sharene Goh, a Senior Pharmacist at Watsons Novena Square, achieved the SRA Service Superstar Award, the highest honor in the EXSA presentation ceremony. The Judges were impressed by her passion and effort to help a tourist who was suffering from a heart condition but had lost his medication. Ms Goh’s exemplary performance and positive work attitude earned her the top service staff award in Singapore retail industry.
