DICK’S Sporting Goods to open stores in San Diego, Lake City and Bellingham in May

The retailer will celebrate the opening of these new DICK’S Sporting Goods locations during events that will run in May

PITTSBURGH, 2017-May-04 — /EPR Retail News/ — DICK’S Sporting Goods (NYSE: DKS), the largest U.S.-based, full-line omni-channel sporting goods retailer, will be opening three new stores in May. Grand opening events will be held for stores in the following cities:

San Diego, CA – May 5-7

Lake City, FL – May 12-14

Bellingham, WA – May 12-14

Whole Foods Market and Instacart launch delivery service in San Diego

SAN DIEGO , 2016-Jul-27 — /EPR Retail News/ — Whole Foods Market and Instacart have expanded their partnership, launching this week in San Diego, building on the 24 existing metros where consumers use Instacart’s delivery service to order from Whole Foods Market stores. Using Instacart, San Diego residents can now purchase and have their groceries delivered in as little as one hour from Whole Foods Market’s Hillcrest location.

Instacart’s initial delivery area in San Diego includes the following zip codes: 92101, 92102, 92103, 92104, 92105, 92108, 92110, 92115, and 92116. It will serve residents in the Marina, East Village, Little Italy, Old Town, Mission Valley, Mission Hills, North Park, South Park, Kensington, College East and College West neighborhoods.

Whole Foods Market offers delivery via Instacart at prices that are the same as shoppers find in stores.
