March 4th – Next Door by Wegmans will host an “East Meets West Dinner” with Japanese Chef Mikami-San. This monthly dinner, a culinary adventure with ever-changing fresh, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients sells out quickly. March 11th – Amore Italian Restaurant and Wine Bar will celebrate the “Taste of Tuscany” with Chef and Restaurateur Cesare Casella. Chef Cesare will spend the evening cooking in the kitchen and roaming the floor to visit with guests. While menu items (such as Tartara di Tonno, Roasted Skirt Steak, and Rigatoni All’Amatriciana) may be ordered a la arte, the full five-course dinner is $49/per person. Wine pairings available for an additional $29pp. Dinner will be served between 4-9pm (Tuscany menu only) and reservations can be made throughout the evening by calling 585-452-8780.

March 2nd – NYC Chef and owner of Tribeca (currently named #2 Best Food in NYC by Zagat), David Bouley, will join forces with Wegmans Chef Chris Brandt and Chef Zach Dick in the Test Kitchen at Next Door by Wegmans. The three chefs will collaborate to create an evening that celebrates the vegan diet – one that focuses on foods from the earth including great grains, a variety of veggies, and fabulous fruits! “Love Your Veggies”
