Santa Claus is coming to town, specifically to 7‑Eleven®stores in town, and he has $100,000 for one lucky Slurpee® drink-lover. 7‑Eleven, Inc. and Coca-Cola are brightening the holidays this year with a Slurpee® “Sip & Scan” sweepstakes that has a grand prize of $100,000. Weekly winners will receive a year of free Slurpee drinks. The holiday promotion ends Jan. 2, 2018.

Entering the sweepstakes is simple:

  1. Purchase one of the special holiday red, medium-size Slurpee cups* at a participating 7‑Eleven store.
  2. Open coke.com/711 on a smartphone and follow the links and instructions.
  3. Scan the “Sip & Scan” icon on the Slurpee cup using camera tool at coke.com/711 to enter for a chance to win the $100,000 grand prize or one of the weekly prizes.

Weekly winners will get free Slurpee drinks for a year (365 medium drinks). The $100,000 grand-prize winner will be announced in January of 2018.

Campaign to honor the military community and provide $25,000 donation to the USO

GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn., 2017-May-12 — /EPR Retail News/ — In celebration of Coca-Cola Day today (May 08, 2017) and during May’s Military Appreciation Month, Dollar General (NYSE: DG) proudly announces it is teaming up with Coca-Cola on a new Share a Coke® patriotic can series honoring service members, veterans and their families.

Dollar General will exclusively offer the Coca-Cola Share a Coke® military 16-ounce can collection from Memorial Day through Labor Day 2017. Each 16-ounce can will be available for purchase for $1 each and allow customers to salute a veteran, service member, military spouse, military mom or military dad. The patriotic can also commemorates Coca-Cola’s partnership with the United Service Organizations (USO) by prominently featuring the USO badge.

During the campaign, customers are encouraged to recognize and thank the military community on social media by posting their message and a photo of themselves with one of the military Coca-Cola cans using the #CokeDGSupportMilitary hashtag. Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen and Coca-Cola® unveil 2016 Holiday Collector Cups

ATLANTA, 2016-Nov-23 — /EPR Retail News/ — Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen today (Nov 21, 2016) announced that for the 5th consecutive year, it has partnered with Coca-Cola® to create this year’s Holiday Collector Cups. Artists at Coca-Cola, together with Popeyes, catch the spirit of the holidays with four new designs featuring festive scenes with iconic characters to celebrate the season.

The famed Sundblom Santa, which helped shape the modern view of Santa Claus, makes an appearance on two of the new designs, stuffing stockings with snack boxes full of Popeyes favorites and getting ready to go down a chimney in New Orleans’ French Quarter.

The Coca-Cola Polar Bears are also featured in a new design playing Zydeco music, bringing the sounds of Louisiana to their native habitat. A fourth design shows Santa relaxing on the beach getting ready to watch the sunset and anticipating viewing the Popeyes Bahamas Bowl, which airs December 23rd at 1 pm ET on ESPN.

Wilmington, NC, 2016-Feb-10 — /EPR Retail News/ — In an effort to promote recycling, the City of Wilmington, in partnership with Harris Teeter and Coca-Cola, is introducing the Coca-Cola Recycle & Win program – a unique public private partnership designed to increase local recycling participation and decrease contamination.

Set to kick off Feb. 15, Coca-Cola Recycle & Win helps the City of Wilmington’s Solid Waste Office maintain low trash rates, protect the environment, and in return, rewards customers with a $50 Harris Teeter gift card if “caught” recycling the right way.

“Recycling is an important part of our goal to encourage and support environmental responsibility in Wilmington. Increasing the recycling participation rate is one way we intend to build a sustainable community,” Wilmington Mayor, Bill Saffo said. “This effort reinforces The City’s support for the County’s public/private partnership bringing a recycling sorting facility to our local area this spring. The City wants to ensure customers are not only recycling, but recycling the proper materials and supporting the local materials recovery facility.”

“Harris Teeter is excited to team up with Coca-Cola again to promote recycling in the communities we serve,” said Danna Robinson, Harris Teeter Communication Manager. “Environmental stewardship is an important factor in Harris Teeter’s daily operations; our hope is that, for customers who participate in the Coca-Cola Recycle & Win program to earn $50 Harris Teeter gift cards, recycling will become a part of their daily routine as well.”

The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated have invested over $150,000 in the Coca-Cola Recycle & Win program, which includes a direct mail educational packet sent to all City of Wilmington solid waste customers in Wilmington the week of February 22nd. The educational packet contains images highlighting which materials should go in your recycling container as well as a “Give it Back” sticker, which residents must place on one of their recycling containers to be eligible for a chance to win a $50 Harris Teeter gift card.
