Company enhances relief efforts by offering shoppers the ability to donate money at checkout
Modesto, Calif., 2015-9-16 — /EPR Retail News/ — Save Mart announced today that its Save Mart and Lucky stores are collecting monetary donations for the American Red Cross fire relief efforts in Northern California. Shoppers can donate any amount they choose at checkout. The donation amount will be printed on the receipt so shoppers have a record of their tax deductible donation.
This recent effort to support the American Red Cross is in addition to coordinated donations of food and water throughout the weekend in Calaveras County, Napa, Sonoma and Ukiah. Save Mart is a committed partner in the communities we serve, donating nearly $5 million annually to local non-profit organizations.
