PARIS, 2015-11-20 — /EPR Retail News/ — Moët Hennessy has signed an official partnership with Ecole Ferrières. Located 25 kilometers outside Paris, the new school opened on November 3rd. The partnership centers on transmitting unique French excellence.
Officially inaugurated at a ceremony attended by 700 guests, including staff from Moët Hennessy, Ecole Ferrières aims to be the international benchmark for “excellence à la française”, offering courses in hospitality, gastronomy, wine and luxury. The higher education establishment shares key values with Moët Hennessy: tradition, innovation, sharing and the transmission of savoir-faire.
The two establishments signed a partnership agreement on September 30th in Epernay at a ceremony attended by Stéphane Voyer, Vice President Human Resources at Moët Hennessy, Khalil Kather, President of the Ecole Ferrières, and the school’s management team.
The 35 students in the first class, known as the “Moët Hennessy” cohort, were invited to discover the world of wine and winemaking métiers during a visit to the Moët & Chandon and Krug domains. They will have an opportunity to take master classes given by professionals from Moët Hennessy, and be offered internships at LVMH Houses.
