Vilnius, Lithuania, 2017-Oct-10 — /EPR Retail News/ — The most beloved brands in Latvia and in the Baltic States were announced during the Most Beloved Brand 2017 award ceremony last week at Riga. In competition of 50 different companies “Maxima” was announced as the 5th Most Beloved Brand in the Baltics in 2017 (8th place in 2016). The Most Beloved Brand TOP in Latvia is organised for 13 years now while the most beloved brands in the Baltic States are recognised since 2012.
The aim of the Most Beloved Brand TOP is to determine the value and factors affecting it to the biggest national and international brands. The brand value is made by the number of loyal customers in the society and measured with two indicators – planned purchase and emotional attraction. The research looks at a wide range of topics regarding the brands but only three factors are publicly available – uniqueness, quality and value of the brand. These three factors therefore can also be used for evaluation of marketing activity performance implemented by the company. Meanwhile “Maxima Latvija” was announced as the 9th Most Beloved Brand in Latvia and the winner in category “Most Value For Money brands” (Most affordable brand) for the second year. Our efforts have been also recognised in social media where “Maxima Latvija” has been awarded with 5th place in the category “Most influential brands on social media”
