RUSSIA: Lenta announces the opening of its third hypermarket in Krasnoyarsk

St. Petersburg, Russia, 2016-Nov-02 — /EPR Retail News/ — Lenta, (LSE, MOEX: LNTA) one of the largest retail chains in Russia, is pleased to announce the opening of its third hypermarket in Krasnoyarsk.

The new store is a Lenta compact format hypermarket located at 12 Dmitry Martynov str., Pokrovsky shopping mall, Krasnoyarsk. The store has a total area of 7,430 sq.m with 4,149 sq.m of selling space and is open from 9 am to 11 pm, seven days a week. A broad product assortment of 17,000 SKUs has been selected specifically for residents of Krasnoyarsk and includes Lenta’s private labels and federal product ranges alongside local produce. The store has 588 parking spaces and 27 cash registers. The property is owned by Lenta.

The opening in Krasnoyarsk is Lenta’s twentieth hypermarket opening in 2016 and brings the total number of Lenta stores to 159 hypermarkets in 73 cities across Russia and 42 supermarkets in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
